Micro Seal
A polymer-modified surface treatment that restores worn pavement and reopens to traffic in about an hour.
Why It Matters
Restore the surface, skip the teardown
Micro seal is a polymer-modified mix of asphalt emulsion, fine aggregate, and additives spread in a thin, tough layer over worn pavement. It fills minor ruts, seals the surface, and restores skid resistance.
Back to traffic in about an hour
All without the cost and downtime of milling and repaving. It cures by chemical reaction and reopens fast, even on cloudy days.

Our Micro Seal
Micro seal vs. slurry seal
They look similar going down, but they’re not the same. Micro seal uses polymer-modified material that’s tougher and longer-lasting, and a thicker pass can level minor rutting that slurry can’t.
Built for real traffic
It sets by chemical reaction rather than evaporation, so it stands up to parking lots, HOA roads, and busier collector streets, and opens to traffic fast.
Our Process
What a micro-seal job looks like
Assess
We confirm the pavement is a good candidate, surface wear, not base failure.
Prep
Clean the surface and seal any cracks first so the treatment performs.
Apply
A specialized machine spreads the micro seal in an even, controlled layer.
Cure
It sets fast, usually back to traffic within about an hour.
FAQ
Questions we hear a lot
What's the difference between micro seal and slurry seal?
Both seal the surface, but micro seal uses polymer-modified material and cures chemically. It’s tougher and reopens to traffic much faster.
Micro seal or chip seal?
Micro seal gives a smoother, uniform surface with no loose stone, ideal for lots and roads. Chip seal is more economical for long rural driveways.
How soon can I drive on it?
Usually about an hour, depending on conditions, one of its biggest advantages.
Does it work in cooler weather?
Because it cures by reaction rather than evaporation, it tolerates cooler, cloudier days than slurry seal, though not freezing.
How long does micro seal last?
Several years as a preventative treatment, and it can be reapplied when the surface wears again.
